Who We Are

We are a technology and management services company that makes available to registered users of the Service (“Users”) access to licensed medical doctors (the “Providers”) to review medical records, history and conditions determine whether a prescription product is appropriate and safe.  You will be provided a patient bill of rights, an informed consent and access to the Provider for any questions or concerns (also posted on this website).  If the Provider determines that you have a medical condition that necessitates a specific medication, a prescription is provided for the User by the Provider and filled by a licensed pharmacy that is not owned or operated by APM. Our Service provides access to prescription fulfillment services offered by Belmar Pharmacy. A User may fill a prescription at any pharmacy of choice and, if to be filled by another pharmacy, a paper prescription will be forwarded to the User. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that services you receive from any pharmacy, or the Providers through the Websites are also subject to this Agreement, and the pharmacies and Providers are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

We act solely as a technology platform to connect you with the products and services offered by the pharmacies and Providers. We do not direct, control or interfere with the practice of medicine by the Providers, each of whom is solely responsible for the medical care and treatment he or she provides to you. APM makes no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, timeliness or accuracy of the medical care and treatment provided by the Providers. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that APM is not a healthcare provider and that by using the Service, you are not entering into a doctor-patient or other health care provider-patient relationship with Us. By using the Service, you may be entering into a doctor-patient relationship with the Providers. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that the Providers may send you information regarding your diagnosis and treatment by secure text message or email. You also acknowledge and agree it is your sole responsibility to monitor and respond to such messages and emails as necessary and neither APM nor the Providers will be responsible in any way, and you will not hold Us or Providers liable for any loss, injury, or claims of any kind resulting from your failure to read or respond to these messages and emails or for your failure to comply with any treatment recommendations or instructions from the Providers Even though you do not establish a doctor-patient or other health care provider-patient relationship with APM, you are establishing a direct customer relationship with Us by using the Service. In furtherance of this relationship, you may provide us, or cause to be provided to us on your behalf, personal information, including protected health information, that is subject to use by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the “Privacy Policy” section and the “Protected Information.”
